Electrical Panel Service and Evaluation - $149.95 (plus applicable sales tax)

 

Open, inspect and tighten all connections in the main electrical panel; test the function of all the breakers in the main panel; test all visible (unobstructed) electrical outlets and light switches for polarity and soundness; test of all Ground Fault Circuit Interrupter outlets inside and out; written report of recommendations.  Residential customers only.  Additional electrical sub panels, additional buildings and homes over 2500 square feet will include extra charges – other restrictions may apply - call or email for details.

 

Whole House Surge Suppressor - $149.95 (plus inspection, permits and applicable sales tax)

 

Protect your valuable electronics from electrical spikes and surges.  Includes installation of a Transient Voltage Surge Suppressor at the main electrical panel (panel must have 2 contiguous open spaces) and manufacturer’s warranty.  This installation does require an electrical inspection, which we will arrange with the appropriate agency depending on the installation location.  Some locales also require a building permit.  Residential customers only.  Other restrictions may apply – call or email for details.

 

Basic Home Automation Preparation - $349.95 (plus inspection, permits and applicable sales tax)

 

If you are ready to begin automation of your home, our basic preparation package is a great way to start.  This combines the Whole House Surge Suppressor above with an X10 compatible signal bridge/amplifier.  Both units are installed at the main electrical panel.
